Phil is the Managing Director of Indigo Planning with nearly 30 years’ experience in planning. He has helped grow Indigo Planning into one of the largest, independent planning consultancies in the UK with over 80 people. Indigo is the Royal Town Planning Institute Consultancy of the Year 2015.
He is a chartered town planner and has been at Indigo Planning for over 25 years, having worked previously for the London Borough of Kensington & Chelsea and London Borough of Bromley.
Involved in a wide range of development projects throughout the UK, often of a complex and sensitive nature, Phil has extensive experience and interest in regeneration projects, housing and EIA.
His clients include Peabody, Threadneedle, John Laing, West Ham United, Innocent Drinks, RBS, Legal and General and Aviva.
