I have enjoyed creating and growing a structured deal flow since 2008 and this culminated in larger acquisitions including one of 90 residential units and another mixed use 42 unit portfolio of residential and commercial property.
Auction House Scotland► Regularly appearing with my team on BBC’s Homes under the Hammer has helped grow this brand to be one of the countries leading property disposal experts. It’s an exciting fast paced business where we advise both commercial and residential clients in securing best price sales quickly. Backed by a dynamic team who cover all of Scotland and much of England we act for both institutional investors and also mainstream banks as well as private clients
Property Development► winner of the coveted PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT OF THE YEAR at the Property Investor Awards @BelmontWest is a B-listed church developments to whole tenement buildings in Glasgow and from green field sites and part finished developments my core skills have been harnessed to bring in deals where value can be added. I have leveraged my databases to source buildings, land and other opportunities and have acted as a broker in these transactions.
Estate Agency ► Post University I trained with Slater Hogg & Howison (Countrywide) and had a fantastic time in mainstream estate agency. I was lucky to work with some industry greats but also developed my work ethic and drive which keeps me going today.
Community ►In 2018 I created theThe Next Step Foundation. This charity was funded through property and seeks to serve the sporting community, transitioning people from sporting lifestyles into mainstream work.
