Seb runs Pacific Investments (the family office of Sir John Beckwith)
Real estate development business. Pacific develops in 2 ways; firstly
using its own funds and in house development team and secondly, by
providing Joint Venture equity to SME developers. Pacific have developed
in excess of 400 units in the past 24 months, utilising a range of
equity and debt products.
Seb also runs his own development business,
Pennard Projects. The business undertakes design, construction and
development projects on its own schemes and on behalf of clients, once
again utilising a range of equity and debt sources.
