Gavin has been a property investor-developer and entrepreneur for more than 25 years. Gavin specialise in the design, build and operation of corporate workplace clusters. Gavin is a Director of Earlsfort Group and responsible for EastPointDublin, a 40-acre office campus with 50+ occupiers employing in the region of 9,000 people.
Prior to his current role at EastPoint he spent a decade living abroad (Spain, Dubai, Qatar, UK) working on large corporate office headquarter projects for multinational clients like Standard Chartered Bank. During that time he bought, sold, built and managed projects all the way from Midtown Manhattan to Downtown Dubai.
