Chris Jones is the Managing Director of Bay Tree Property. She has created a successful career by spotting the new opportunities opening up as the property market continues to change. She is an expert in sourcing property, renovating it and using the planning process to maximise profits. Rod has been developing since 2007 with an array of property development experience in challeging times.
His talk will go through some of his learnings & mistakes through his property journey, and how to adapt strategy to external factors including marketing conditions based on understanding the current economic fundamentals.
The difference of knowing when to use debt & equity depending on your personal situation & the market including how to deal with banks and development lenders.
