About Ben Keenan:

Ben has occupied a board level position at one of the world’s largest construction companies, Multiplex for over 10 years.

Over the last decade Ben has negotiated construction contracts with a value in excess of £5bn.

Now at the helm of residential property development company, Broadwing Homes, Ben and his partners are producing striking, contemporary homes on the London fringes and in the Home Counties.

 

About Sam Norris:

Sam is a broker with over 12 years’ experience in the industry. As the son of a builder, Sam sees projects from both sides of the fence, having also completed development projects himself. His experience is primarily with specialist BTL, HMO and serviced accommodation mortgages, Bridging finance and Development finance, as well as commercial mortgages. Sam does not work with clients on a transactional basis, but works with his clients long term to develop a finance strategy that compliments their property plans, drawing on his years of experience working with, and helping property professionals grow their portfolios, to give a comprehensive and holistic advice service.

About Laura Gomme:

Laura Gomme is a Legal 500 2019 Recommended Lawyer, specialising in litigation at the firm’s West End office in Baker Street, London.
