Emma Fielding

Emma Fielding, Director of Emma Property Developments, began renovating her own homes in Barnsley, South Yorkshire in 2019 and 2020. Transitioning from the corporate world to full-time house flipping in January 2021, Emma has successfully flipped over 8 houses with more in the pipeline, totaling a GDV of £1.135 million. Having raised over £1.3 million in investor finance, Emma achieved a seven-figure turnover in her second year of trading and has ambitious plans for the future. Her achievements include being a finalist on the Sky TV show “Property Graduate” and winning “Young Property Investor of the Year” at the Property Investor Awards.

Justin Owens

Justin serves as the founder and Group Managing Director of Silverleaf Group, a prominent residential and mixed-use development and investment firm. Established two decades ago and headquartered in South London, Silverleaf Group specializes in the identification of land, navigating the planning process, and the construction of new build homes, ranging from single houses to multi-unit housing and apartment schemes.

Operating primarily across the South East, Silverleaf Group achieved notable success in 2022, securing planning permission for over 110 units spanning Surrey, Kent, and Sussex. Justin’s leadership and vision have been recognized within the business community, as evidenced by his receipt of the ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ award at the Croydon Business Awards in 2018. Additionally, Silverleaf Group was honored as a finalist for ‘Contribution to the Community,’ reflecting their commitment to societal impact.

Motiul Islam

Motiul Islam, an experienced property expert from London’s East End, is the vibrant host of the PPN Stratford. With 17 years in property, Motiul’s mission is to assist others in their property endeavors, drawing from his own journey starting at 19 while studying economics and business technology. Despite initial setbacks, he swiftly achieved his goals, retiring early from property but returning due to his passion and desire to aid others. Specializing in HMOs and deal structuring, Motiul’s knowledge spans various strategies, from no-money-down to joint ventures. His approachable demeanor, generosity in sharing knowledge, and extensive network make him a standout panellist.
