Julie has an extensive 360° knowledge of the Private Rented Sector working as a Housing law caseworker for a National solicitor firm before moving to a large City firm as Head of Property and Asset management, managing properties for celebrity clients, such as premiership Footballers, actors and A-list comedians.

 

Setting up her own Lettings and Property Management company in 2006 building an impressive managed portfolio of over 500 properties.

 

After selling the business Julie took a different direction moving into third sector and charitable organisations, providing specialist Housing and Homelessness law advice for the Citizens Advice as well as working for a Homeless charity managing the Mixed property portfolio and Lease options.

 

Julie is respected throughout the industry and her knowledge is shared through regular articles in industry magazines such as Property Investor News and Fielding Financial advice documents.

Julie is an overseas investor having built a successful Holiday Let business in France with a unique investment strategy.

 

Richard Stone

Richard is a Multi Award Winning Entrepreneur, Chartered Construction Manager, Public Speaker, Mentor Trainer & Coach who is renowned for both his results and sense of humour.

 

His experience in business, construction, leadership, and management spans numerous decades, and as a former Supplier of the Year for numerous years his knowledge extends way beyond just construction and property.

 

He also works with others to minimise risk and maximise their project & business profits and is highly regarded for his ability to dispense insightful no-nonsense advice as well as for his huge work ethic and commitment to his own and others personal development, indeed he can often to found on Zoom on coaching calls with business owners, or filming sites with drones to mitigate risk through thorough logistic planning activities.

 

Having delivered 1,000’s of projects valued well over £100 million over the years across Government, Commercial & Residential sectors. Richard earlier this year became City of London Freeman.
