Hasan specialises in Property Management having started a letting agency, Home-Share, in 2015 after graduating with a first-class Law degree. Home-Share specialises in HMO management. Since starting his company he has let rooms to over 1300 tenants and currently manages around 400 units of accommodation. Hasan is a specialist in the Kent and East London areas and also offers consultancy for investors looking for property investment advice.

 

Richard Stone-

Richard is a Multi Award Winning Entrepreneur, Chartered Construction Manager, Public Speaker, Mentor Trainer & Coach who is renowned for both his results and sense of humour.

 

His experience in business, construction, leadership, and management spans numerous decades, and as a former Supplier of the Year for numerous years his knowledge extends way beyond just construction and property, and he is also particularly passionate about personal development and bringing awareness to taboo subjects through public speaking and his podcast.

 

He also works with others to minimise risk and maximise their project & business profits and is highly regarded for his ability to dispense insightful no-nonsense advice as well as for his huge work ethic and commitment to his own and others personal development, indeed he can often to found on Zoom at 5am on coaching calls with business owners, or filming sites with drones to mitigate risk through thorough logistic planning activities.

 

Having delivered 1,000’s of projects valued well over £100 million over the years across MOD, Retail Commercial & Residential sectors Richard is also a much-respected Contractor, Mentor & Coach, and a sought-after public speaker.
