Some reviews about my events:
- Brendan put’s an incredible amount of energy into his Development Summits. I enjoyed giving value as a panellist last year and felt the summit had a great structure including some great technical education in aspects of the property development process, some interesting case studies from other Property Developers and some excellent presentations from industry professionals covering architectural and planning disciplines as well as some current legal insights. The day also provided some excellent broader business strategies on branding, marketing and concepts in scaling a property business. The day was well structured and gave a great platform for Brendan to continue giving value to the property investment community. Really looking forward to the next event. John Raiye, Founder of IKOS Investments
This was a tremendous event with possibly the highest standard of speakers that I’ve ever attended. It inspired me to raise my game and delve further into development. I particularly enjoyed the talk by Paul Higgs, the former chief buyer for Barratts who now finds his own developments and teaches others how to do the same.
The attendees were high quality too and I had a great conversation with an accountant which led me to look into new tax strategies to the benefit of my own portfolio.
Angela Bryant
I really enjoyed the property development summit, it had a great set of speakers and the people in the room were amazing! I got to meet so many interesting people and also some old faces who I have known for many years, the quality of the content was great as well!
Ryan Carruthers, Founder of Property Ventures
I thoroughly enjoyed the last National Property Development Summit. The quality and experience of the speakers and audience alike was second to none. The energy in the room was excellent and I’d wholeheartedly recommend the event to anyone wishing to seriously expand both their knowledge and network.
Rob Wilkinson, Co-Founder of Crowd with Us
Brendan’s annual National Development Summit is a must visit event for property investors, developers, financiers, interior designers, property trade suppliers or anyone whose business is property related.
The quality of speakers and panellists is second to none. The event presents an opportunity to ensure you are at the leading edge of trends in property and to make contacts with the people and companies who are making an impact in the industry.
I will be attending Brendan’s forthcoming summit in January 2019 and look forward to seeing you there.
