Adam Lawrence

 

A background in wealth management and time spent running a betting syndicate. Adam only started out in 2008 as an accidental landlord but decided to get more seriously involved after discovering the value of networking and joint ventures. These proved successful but when he wasn’t getting the expected uplifts on re-evaluation, Adam signed up for an MBA with the aim of looking at property trading with a more business mindset.

As he’s grown his business, the 430-strong portfolio has spread from his home town of Solihull to across the UK, with a focus on the Midlands and the North. While he started out buying from agents and at auction, more recently he’s dealt directly with vendors.

Jack Jiggens

 

Jack was born into property. Every house Jack lived in from birth he saw as a building site at some point. After graduating from his Business and Marketing degree at University he starting out hands-on to continue a 40 year family passion in Property.

Once exposed to the onsite process of straightforward Residential Developments and Flips in Oxfordshire, he successfully structured projects independently from purchase through to sale.

Jack now collaborates modern techniques of property development with the families learned expertise to scale into much more exciting projects. This includes; Commercial, Mixed use and Residential Land developments.

He covers Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and London.

Jack now has an in-house team and an extended network for Finding and Securing, Planning, Architecture, Build and Management which enables scalability and competitiveness in the market.

 

 

John Howard

 

John is one of the most experienced property developers and investors in the UK today, with nearly four decades of experience in the industry. John’s proficiency stems from the sale and purchase of almost 4,000 houses, apartments and developments within the UK.

With a rental portfolio similar to many investors through his property companies, John’s experience is vast; from buying traditional houses, hotels and large scheme developments.

One of the recent developments in John’s portfolio is the £27million construction of 150 apartments on Ipswich Waterfront. A unique distinction between John and many large developers is his passion and drive for small deals and developments.

This year has seen the launch of the John Howard Listed Bond which is regulated on the Euronext Exchange, the largest in Europe.

Ranjan is one of the most accomplished and respected real estate entrepreneurs in the UK. Over the last 30 years he has built an extensive portfolio of residential and commercial property.

 

Through Ranjan’s numerous property companies he specialises in re-purposing commercial buildings to create optimal cash-flow for long term rental.

 

Ranjan’s latest project is a 10,000 sq ft serviced office and business centre providing flexible working space in the heart of St. Albans.

 

Ranjan is a sought after speaker at major industry events and a regular contributor of articles to the property press.
