Motiul Islam is a dynamic public speaker and highly successful property investor, born and raised in the vibrant East End of London. With a passion for property investment that runs deep, his mission is to inspire and guide aspiring investors to embark on their own property journey and build a robust network of like-minded individuals who share his vision for success.
Motiul’s journey began at just 19 years old, while studying for his Economics and Business Information Technology degrees. Fuelled by his natural curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit, he quickly discovered a passion for investing in property and started building his portfolio while balancing his academic commitments.
Motiul’s early experiences in the industry were challenging, as he faced multiple setbacks, including being gazumped on his first three property deals. However, his determination and resilience saw him bounce back and secure his first property at the age of 23.
