Delighted to welcome Jack Jiggens of XP Property to the upcoming evening property networking. The event focuses on the Future of the Next Gen. The event also coincides with the 11th Year Anniversary of running monthly Property Networking events.

Will Stokes, Co-Founder of Co-Space

William Stokes is the Co-Founder & CEO of Co-Space, a flexible workspace/coworking operator focused on helping entrepreneurs and growing SME’s to connect, collaborate and succeed, as well as an occasional property developer.

William has a background in both the chemical and construction engineering sector, at a management level, before stepping away to help co-found EquaGroup, a commercial to residential property developer, in late 2015. William sat on the board from late 2016 until he exited in May 2019 to focus more time on Co-Space. During this time William also built a portfolio of HMO’s in the east midlands.

He has a passion towards the flexible workspace sector, and wants to help change the way we work and view the workspace as a whole, as well as a passion towards technology, with a primary focus around health tech and prop tech.
