Evan Maindonald
MELT Homes is a group of property development and investment companies which was originally formed in 2002. In the last seventeen years, we have we’ve built over 100 properties in London, Gloucestershire and Kent with with values of over £22m.
The development projects we are currently working on have end values of around £50m.
Over time our attention has shifted from residential development to mixed use projects and commercial development. We now have a particular focus on the hotel and serviced accomodation market. We’ve crowdfunded over £1.5m in equity for our current projects and plan to crowdfund a further £5m in equity in the next six months.

Rob Wilkinson
Rob Wilkinson is an award winning co-founder of FCA approved property crowdfunding platform Crowd with Us. He is heading a specialist team that provides investors with a variety of debt and equity-based property development investments. Rob is also an experienced Master Mariner. After leaving school Rob spent the next 18 years traveling the world by sea in both the commercial and private sectors, working his way up to Master Mariner on some of the world’s largest and most prestigious privately owned yachts. In this role he was responsible for managing assets and relationships for Global Leaders and Captains of Industry, including a senior member of the Saudi Royal Family and former world’s richest man with a net worth of over $60bn USD. In this role, he met and dealt with well known world leaders such as Donald Trump, Tony Blair, Barack Obama and many others. Before his career as an entrepreneur in proptech & fintech, at the age of 20 Rob bought his first property in London and continued to grow his property portfolio in his spare time. He built his own house and eventually moved into property development and fundraising for property development. This eventually culminated in the founding of Crowd with Us.
Sebastain Steane
Sebastian joined Mortar Capital in January 2018, as Development Manager. Mortar Capital is the Principal and Joint Venture residential development arm of Pacific Investments.
He is responsible for Mortar Capital’s deal structure and flow, and takes an active role throughout the development lifecycle in all of Mortar Capital’s deals. Sebastian began his career in Finance, before moving into Real Estate, originally with Balfour Beatty, and most recently with Arcadis, where he managed their Joint Venture development consultancy business..
