Interview with Ryan Carruthers- Building Partnerships during uncertain times

Ryan has been in property full time for over 7 years, working on a variety of projects from buying property title splits getting planning to build another unit and selling the projects on to flips, to HMO’s to also maximising buildings potential via planning and a keen eye for design in mixed use schemes. Then moving onto development again maximising sites with planning where the site isn’t maximised and also finding sites without planning and going through the process to get planning. Skill set is having built a team to be able to work together quickly to move on the right projects.

Some reviews about BQuinn Events

Always an insightful evening at Brenadan’s events. It was interesting to hear about the different methods of funding available at the moment and how they can be used in combination. Good tips on bridging finance, eg. a company that will consider the market value for a property purchased under market value, hence increasing the LTV percentage and reducing deposit.

Lots of familiar faces as well as new ones to catch up with at the networking both before and after the speakers. Well worth staying for afterwards, the knowledge in the room is worthy of the ticket price in itself. if you need a second opinion or a bit of advice, guaranteed to be the right person in the room. If you are unsure who to speak to, ask Brendan- he is great at connecting you to the right person / people, the ‘little black book’ of the property world he has built up over many years’.

Good deals have formed from this network at the bar after I am sure, the atmosphere created makes it possible to connect in good faith, and grateful to be part of the evening.

Nicola Brown

One of Brendan’s biggest strengths is his reach and connectivity in UK real estate. Particularly amongst SME developers, investors and other property professionals. He has a great ability to create events that bring together all these connections. His annual National Development Summit is a highlight that any good investor or property professional must attend.
