Daryl Norkett, LendWell

A pro-active, enthusiastic and imaginative property lending expert committed to helping property developers and investors access funding for a wide range of projects with a smooth and professional process.

Daryl has worked in commercial banking and specialist lending for 10 years, most recently shaping the specialist property lending proposition at Shawbrook Bank as Head of Products & Markets, covering the Specialist BTL, Commercial and Short-Term markets. Prior to this, Daryl worked as a Regional Development Manager for Shawbrook after starting out as a Relationship Manager at Barclays following graduation from University in 2009. Having gained well rounded expertise in property lending, Daryl most enjoys working closely with clients to smoothly deliver funding for their property business.

Paul Pinder

Paul Pinder, has 15 years’ experience in dealing with complex commercial, mixed-use and residential development schemes.

Formerly head of the housing law property disputes team at Pinsent Masons in Manchester, Paul has held senior positions at international law firms, DLA Piper UK and Nabarro, where he acted for UK and international pension funds, institutional investors, public sector landlords and private developers.

A member of the Property Litigation Association, Paul will be responsible for advising clients in all areas of real estate litigation matters, encompassing site assembly, vacant possession strategies, statutory compliance and mixed-use commercial-residential structuring, including service charge consultations and lease extension claims.

 

Richard Thorpe

Richard is a former Premiership & International Rugby Player. Richard gained international honours for Canada whom he represented in the 2015 Rugby World Cup. Richard has pivoted to work as a Performance Coach. He employs an evidence-based philosophy and uses cutting edge concepts from professional sport and business to empower people to fulfil their potential
