Grace has a corporate background in marketing in the media and finance sectors. She has provided strategy consultancy for several businesses in the property sector including senior lenders, crowdfunding platforms and co-working spaces.

Having worked closely with the founding team at a development finance fund she has invaluable insight of assessing deals from a lenders perspective. Furthermore, Grace has raised private finance for development projects and is experienced in working with investors and equity partners, including with real estate focused family offices.

Ashley, a seasoned property professional with a wealth of knowledge across the North West Property and Construction market. Ashley’s passions is to create affordable homes across the North West of England utilising modern methods of construction, particularly modular. If you have an interest in Modular Construction or Social/Affordable housing. Ashley started his career working on site for a local building company where he picked up his first insight into the fantastic world of construction and property development. As Ashley left school and went to college he quickly found a job within the Consultancy and Development world working upon some of Manchesters most iconic projects including the ‘Our Town Hall’ project. Ashley’s skillset lies in Residential New Build and Refurbishment, particularly in the Affordable and Social Housing Sector.

James Wood

James has extensive experience in sustainable energy solutions, modern methods of construction and Health & Safety and uses his experiences as both a contractor and developer to deliver his role. He has worked with individuals, SME’s, PLC’s, Local Authorities and the Third Sector. He is passionate about delivering success, and his detailed analytical approach gets to the core of what is required for his clients to deliver first-class developments. His ability to quickly and concisely understand complex situations, practices and requirements is what sets him apart. He has won multiple awards for both the developments he has built, businesses he has run and not for profit boards he has sat on.
