Sam Hill

Meet Sam: the former tradesman turned South London property developer with a remarkable talent for securing investors, having raised £10.9 million in private finance.

But Sam’s expertise extends beyond just closing deals; he’s also a certified life coach, equipped with the skills to guide individuals in the property industry towards raising private finance successfully.

As one half of the Raising Finance Club, a coaching enterprise dedicated to aiding property professionals in securing finance, Sam emphasizes strategies that don’t involve outright solicitation, such as cultivating social media followings or participating in pitch-heavy Facebook groups.

With a decade of hands-on experience in various property ventures, including rent 2 rent, flat and Victorian house refurbishments, title splits, and complex commercial to residential conversions, Sam boasts a rich background in finance raising, development, planning, and investment.

When he’s not busy attracting investors, you’ll likely find Sam by a tranquil fishing lake, enjoying a beer, and perfecting his barbecue skills.

Reviews:

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I started attending Brendan Quinn’s monthly event, the Central London Property Network, in autumn 2021. For property developers (and investors) in London, this is a fantastic event with high-quality speakers, topics and also attendees. The networking is brilliant due to the calibre of people there. The organisation by Brendan and team makes everything seamless and the venue is very classy as well. I can’t recommend it enough.
