Stuart Wyeth of SW Homes Ltd is a commercial to residential developer, based in the South East of England. With a current delivery pipe line of over £20 million. He is on a mission to acquire and develop, high-quality, low- maintenance, rental apartments that he plans to retain indefinitely.

Stuart will be deep diving into his latest projects including 3 UK banks that he is currently delivering to the market as residential flats. With a combined GDV of £10m, he will share with us his journey so far, what he intends to do with each development site once completed and what the expected profit is likely to be for each bank. Stuart has been in the construction industry for over 20 years and has a wealth of knowledge about residential and commercial conversions.

Adam Wale

Adam, the co-founder and director of Aben Living and Aben Interiors and Projects, is a property investor, property developer, and interior designer.

He specialises in creating market leading interiors that help his clients push the ceiling price in their area and create exceptional homes for tenants and buyers. He offers a complete service of design, project management and property staging to other investors, developers, business owners and residential clients. His experience in converting and then managing a £2.5 million plus portfolio over the last 8 years brings a wealth of knowledge in all things conversion, HMO’s and a unique insight into HMO tenants requirements.

Charlotte Richardson

Charlotte and Jamie, started roost back in 2018 when they bought their first investment property, the classic ‘vanilla’ buy-to-let. Finding they had found a passion for turning old wrecks into beautiful homes and decided to help other property investors do the same. What started as an Instagram account documenting their own projects, quickly escalated into a full-blown business, offering great design to property investors, help them deliver best in class developments and improved returns. Charlotte’s background in branding and delivering design projects for national brands combined with a property developer mindset ensures every client gets an extraordinary end result that sets them apart from the competition…without blowing the budget.

Saam Lowni

Saam has a rounded view of the market gained from 20 years’ experience. His knowledge spans residential and commercial property development, sales, lettings, management, and finance.

Over the years, Saam has gained broad experience working with boutique property agencies and national chains alike. Fortunate enough to possess international exposure through working with developers in London, Spain and the Middle East, and continuing to build his own portfolio across London, the South East, West Midlands and the North East.

In the past 6 years Saam has been a founding member of a Property Finance Provider which grew its fund from £0 to £300m and on course to fund 1000’s of homes across the UK

Reviews:

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I started attending Brendan Quinn’s monthly event, the Central London Property Network, in autumn 2021. For property developers (and investors) in London, this is a fantastic event with high-quality speakers, topics and also attendees. The networking is brilliant due to the calibre of people there. The organisation by Brendan and team makes everything seamless and the venue is very classy as well. I can’t recommend it enough.

Very high level speakers who offer lots of educational advice and also very approachable to help out in your business as best they can.
