Ben Richards:

Ben has spent 12 years in the construction industry working for Architects, Structural Engineers and as a Technical Manager for the Berkeley Group and brings technical prowess that lives for the detail.

 

His project experience ranges from £50k refurbishments to £1Bn mixed-use schemes in central London. For XP he heads up the delivery team to ensure our schemed are designed and built-out successfully, on time, and to budget.

 

He is also the owner of an award-winning design-led architectural design studio in London called AURA Architecture & Interiors and has completed 100’s of projects for both homeowners and SME property developers.

Rod Turner:

With a background in SME development starting in London, Rod grew his business changing focus in 2014 to more of an investment led model.

 

Continuing with residential he developed out and invested in sites throughout the country targeting growth areas. The residential investment business grew in several locations in the UK through development as well as acquiring portfolios and achieving uplift through Asset management plays.

 

The business has also invested in specialist models with a focus on securitising income as well as commercial investments in Office Buildings, Leisure, Healthcare & Education and industrial.

 

Rod also has a labour of love which is hosting my podcast aptly named The Rodcast where we discuss all things relating to asset backed businesses and investments
