About Dorian Payne:

Dorian has been actively involved within the property sector for over 10 years after setting up a lettings agency at 16, which then scaled into an estate agency and residential and commercial finance brokerage, before selling to a local competitor. Dorian has concurrently been actively investing, trading and developing over 150 different property deals and worked with multiple private investors.

Dorian has active involvement in a mixed property investment portfolio with assets over £15M and has raised in excess of £9M pounds in investment from private investors and family offices. Dorian has scaled Castell Group to a current secured development pipeline of over 320+ homes with a combined GDV in excess of £50M. Dorian is constantly learning and is currently studying for MSc Surveying (Quantity Surveying).
