With over 12 years of experience in the construction industry, Ben brings an impressive track record of successful project delivery and technical prowess that lives for the detail.

As Development Director, Ben is responsible for the design and delivery of all XP Property projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. He has worked for architects, structural engineers, and served as a Technical Manager for the Berkeley Group.

With a wide range of project experience ranging from small £50k refurbishments to large £1Bn mixed-use schemes in central London and the home counties, Ben has the expertise to handle any project.

Ben is also the proud owner of AURA Architecture & Interiors, an award-winning design-led architectural design studio in London. He brings his extensive team and network of design professionals to every XP project, ensuring that we get the most value and achieve exceptional results.
