AJ Richmond

Ashley, a seasoned property professional with a wealth of knowledge across the North West Property and Construction market.

Ashley has worked across the office sector across the full range from client to contractor.

Ashley has been involved in the development and refurbishment of office space from 1000f2 all the way to a new build 147,000f2 office development in Salford Quays.

Experience in both Cat A and Cat B refurbishment as well as acting as Head of Project Delivery for an office design and build company.

Heidi Lavery

Heidi, a natural-born sales leader, entrepreneur and social butterfly who has a great passion for design & interior fit-out has worked within the property sector since 2012. Staring her career at Glenigan (construction leads & analysis) Heidi focused on helping companies within the workplace design sector win more work. After growing great relationships within this sector she decided to move over to the other side and work at one of the companies she once helped to grow. Starting in telesales, moving onto business development, account and project management Heidi, now a Business Development Director is responsible for the overall growth of Re:public Space who focus on the design and build of commercial Landlord, Developer and Flexible Working space.

Jack Jiggens

Jack Jiggens has been managing a 12,000sqft Commercial complex for over 6 years The fitout was for a leading Architectural practice so we had some fun with steel, concrete and glazing to create an industrial show-stopping workplace.

Aside from the commercial management, Jack was also part of the project management team of a £7m office fit-out in the old BBC media centre in White City London. The task was to create the new Media hub for NET A PORTER. The fit-out budget was £7m including a £750k wooden feature walkway at the entrance.

Jack is one of the Co-Founders of EXP who have bought a mixed-use scheme in Reading of Offices, Industrial and residential. Aura architecture secured planning for 13 units including 6 grade A offices with great connections to the M4 and Reading, and 7 residential apartments.

Oli Lowrie

Oliver Lowrie is a Director at Ackroyd Lowrie, an innovative Architectural Practice specialising in using new technology to revolutionise the design and construction industry.

Ackroyd Lowrie have been designing co-working spaces for independent brands such as Yonder and Alva, and more recently have used their knowledge of the sector to advise institutional landlords such as DTZI on how to compete in this market.

Ackroyd Lowrie include a Virtual Reality experience within their core service using a VR headset to ensure office spaces are fully tested before a single brick is laid.

Paul Pinder

Paul Pinder, who has 15 years’ experience in dealing with complex commercial, mixed-use and residential development schemes, joins us as partner.

Formerly head of the housing law property disputes team at Pinsent Masons in Manchester, Paul has held senior positions at international law firms, DLA Piper UK and Nabarro (now CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP), where he acted for UK and international pension funds, institutional investors, public sector landlords and private developers.

A member of the Property Litigation Association, Paul will be responsible for advising clients in all areas of real estate litigation matters, encompassing site assembly, vacant possession strategies, statutory compliance and mixed-use commercial-residential structuring, including service charge consultations and lease extension claims. He will work alongside partner, and head of Manchester office, Afsheen Nasr, in developing our growing client portfolio.

It is our latest significant new hire, having made the strategic decision to launch a presence in Manchester four years ago. Our Manchester office now boasts a 12-strong team at 111 Piccadilly, Manchester including Paul Stanley, a partner in real estate finance and secured lending, who joined from Fieldfisher last year.
