Daryl Norkett

Daryl has worked in commercial banking and specialist lending for 10 years, most recently shaping the specialist property lending proposition at Shawbrook Bank as Head of Products & Markets, covering the Specialist BTL, Commercial and Short-Term markets. Prior to this, Daryl worked as a Regional Development Manager for Shawbrook after starting out as a Relationship Manager at Barclays following graduation from University in 2009. Having gained well rounded expertise in property lending, Daryl most enjoys working closely with clients to smoothly deliver funding for their property business.

Saam Lowni

Saam has 15 years’ experience in residential and commercial property development, sales, lettings, property management and finance giving him a rounded view of the market.

Today as Head of Origination at Hilltop Credit Partners, a specialist residential development financing partner for established small and mid-sized residential developers and house builders across the UK, Saam is responsible for originating quality developers and projects.

Prior to joining Hilltop in 2018 as Head of Origination, Saam has gained a wealth of experience working with boutique property agencies and national chains as well as international real estate developers in London and overseas, in addition to building his own portfolio in the UK.

Stuart Scott

Stuart is a multi award winning property developer, serial entrepreneur and speaker. Stuart won the highly prestigious ‘2018 UK Property Investor of the Year’ and ‘2018 HMO deal of the year’ for his work to pioneer change in the HMO market. He has built and sold a number of successful businesses. These include a digital marketing agency and a product design company. He has designed experiences for brands such as Porsche, Microsoft, GAP, Nike and Penguin Random House. He now uses his skills alongside property development to create unique spaces that set new standards for urban living. He educates people on design, disruption and innovation within the property sector.


Tony Egan

Tony works with Investors, Developers and Joint Venture partners in residential and commercial property. He is an experienced landlord and investor with 20+ years experience working in the real estate industry. His skills include negotiation, sales, asset management, rentals, working with many professionals of varying skill sets and qualifications.
He has strong business skills in profit making property portfolio building and has worked with others to help them do the same.

Tony is also experienced in assisting landlords and investors with value uplifts and advice, refurbishments, commercial to residential planning gain, commercial property owner and landlord. His building services background has been invaluable in that it works ‘hand in hand’ with property investment.
