Manish Kataria

Manish Kataria CFA is a professional investor with 18 years’ experience in fund management and UK property investment. He has managed investment portfolios for JPMorgan and other blue chip investment houses. Within property, he invests in and owns a range of assets including developments, HMOs, BTLs and serviced accommodation. InvestLikeAPro was set up so anyone can invest like a pro.

Suzi Carter

Suzi, a Chartered Surveyor, has operated in the commercial real estate industry for over twenty five years, and has worked with some of the industry’s giants including LandSec plc, Kingfisher Group and CBRE. She has more than ten years’ experience at Director level, and most of her professional career has involved acquiring, developing or asset managing commercial property, with responsibility for portfolios worth over £2.5 billion.

As Managing Director of Strongoak Investments, Suzi leads the team in sourcing both residential and commercial investments, structuring deals and the ongoing management of property assets.
