Ashley, a seasoned property professional with a wealth of knowledge across the North West Property and Construction market. Ashley’s passions is to create affordable homes across the North West of England utilising modern methods of construction, particularly modular. If you have an interest in Modular Construction or Social/Affordable housing. Ashley started his career working on site for a local building company where he picked up his first insight into the fantastic world of construction and property development. As Ashley left school and went to college he quickly found a job within the Consultancy and Development world working upon some of Manchesters most iconic projects including the ‘Our Town Hall’ project. Ashley’s skillset lies in Residential New Build and Refurbishment, particularly in the Affordable and Social Housing Sector.

Dorian Payne

An Investor, Trader and Developer himself; Dorian established and sold a Property Agency and holds qualifications in Accountancy, Lettings, Estate Agency, Property and Business Finance, he has an extensive understanding of the Property Industry which has enabled him to build and scale an extensive property portfolio. He has orchestrated the buying, refurbishing and reselling of over 70 properties, raising millions of pounds in investment and finance.

James Wood

Over the last 20 years James has built over £40,000,000 of Affordable Housing across the United Kingdom, a mixture of land led developments and tendered construction projects. He has sat on number of Housing Association Boards as an independent non executive member and has consulted for some of the largest housing providers in the Country.

Sarah Walker

Sarah has 25 years experience working in Social Housing both for the Council and more recently Housing Associations. Sarah has held a number of positions in her 25 years in the industry including New build Developments and commissioning Supported Housing.
