Alex Hurn -Co-Founder of Sillence Hurn

Alex has a passion for Project Management and Contract Administration as well as offering commercial building surveying duties to clients. Prior to founding Sillence Hurn Building Consultancy, Alex was a senior member of the Building Surveying team at a multi-disciplinary cnsultancy in Hampshire. ​

Gavin J Gallagher, Director Earlsfort Group, East Point Management

Gavin has been a property investor-developer and entrepreneur for more than 25 years. Gavin specialise in the design, build and operation of corporate workplace clusters. Gavin is a Director of Earlsfort Group and responsible for EastPointDublin, a 40-acre office campus with 50+ occupiers employing in the region of 9,000 people. Prior to his current role at EastPoint he spent a decade living abroad (Spain, Dubai, Qatar, UK) working on large corporate office headquarter projects for multinational clients like Standard Chartered Bank. During that time he bought, sold, built and managed projects all the way from Midtown Manhattan to Downtown Dubai.

John Williams

John is a marketing and PR consultant with more than 15 years experience and particular knowledge of working within the property and financial services’ sectors. He advises a number of clients on marketing, digital marketing, social media and PR.

A former journalist, he has worked in the property sector for more than 15 years, for a variety of companies including Knight Frank, Land Securities, Brookfield, Sotheby’s International Real Estate, and OnTheMarket.com. John has spoken at conferences around the world on the subject of flexible workspace and coworking including Corenet, MIPIM, Worktech, GCUC, and the JP Morgan Real Estate Conference.

Karen Bennett, Partner at LendWell
Karen has worked in financial services for over 20 years and most recently was an executive of Shawbrook Bank, as Managing Director of the Commercial Property Division. Karen has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all areas of property lending. Her focus and drive is very much committed to defining and designing better products and processes that better serve the needs of property professionals looking to develop, refurbish or invest into residential or commercial property.

Will Stokes, CEO at Co-Space
William Stokes is a British entrepreneur, property developer and Joint Founder & CEO of Co-Space, a flexible workspace operator.

As a passionate entrepreneur, William gained over 8 years of experience in both the chemical and construction engineering sector, at a management level, before stepping away to focus on his own business ventures. Over the last 4 years William helped to build EquaGroup, a medium sized commercial to residential property developer responsible for delivering between 150-250 apartments a year into the first-time buyer market, before leaving in April to focus on Co-Space and his own development projects.
William has a passion towards the flexible workspace sector and wants to help change the way we work, and view the workspace as a whole, as well as a passion towards technology, with a primary focus around health tech and prop tech.
