Stuart Scott:

Over the last 10 years Stuart has built two great businesses. The first was an award winning digital design agency which was acquired in 2013. The second was a global product ‘StoryStream’ that is highly disruptive in the content marketing space. As StoryStream moved towards an investment round Stuart decided to exit the company, retain his shareholding and follow a dream to move into full-time property development.

Stuart has over 20 years award winning design experience and over 7 years of successfully managing property development projects. My portfolio of projects cover HMO’s, single lets, serviced accommodation and commercial spaces.

His new company Co-Living Spaces is on a mission to re-imagine shared living for young professionals. His co-living developments feature amazing social spaces that foster collaboration, inspire creativity and build social community.Stuart is continually looking to push the boundaries of HMO / shared-living accommodation by applying the latest service design thinking.
