Brian Levin

Brian is a highly experienced professional with a diverse range of experience in the property-financing, banking, property and consumer industries. He is a trained Chartered Accountant and joined the lending industry in 2008 after leaving PwC. Brian has a range of experience across, operations, underwriting, budgeting & forecasting and strategy. He has contributed to the growth of Masthaven and Dragonfly, now Octopus Property, as well as being a part of the senior Management team at UTB. He is now working with Crowd with US as its Director of Investments.

Luke Skelton

Luke is an accredited landlord and has a portfolio in London, the Midlands and the North West.

His background is in large-scale civil engineering and construction projects. He is also the Co-Host of the Clapham Property Investors Network (pin) meeting.

He has successfully completed the intensive year long Property Mastermind Programme and has strong relationships with a national network of professional sourcers and property investors.

This helps Luke find great opportunities for our clients.

Luke co-founded the Property Source in 2013 and which is now in its fifth year of sourcing and managing high return properties for its clients and Directors.

Luke is passionate about personal development and health and fitness. Luke lives with his wife and son in Clapham.
