Interview with Ben Richards

Ben is the Director of Aura Homes, an Architectural Design company specialising in Residential Architecture. He is also passionate about property development and works with Investors to create amazing homes whilst providing double digit investment returns with his company Aura Property Assets.

As a group we want to ‘Create Ideal Homes’.

Our goal is to play as big a part as possible in rectifying the housing crisis by building and transforming efficient, sustainable housing. We are design-led and aim to create amazing spaces for homeowners, and give them the additional space they need for their families to thrive.

Our Ethos is to maximise space, create simple, light-filled spaces that are sustainable and energy efficient.

Ben is a graduate of Cardiff University with a Masters degree in Architectural Engineering. Ben has recently joined forces with Jack Jiggens to create EXP Property. Jack will be presenting at the Central London Evening Property Network on Thursday 28th February
