Rupert Collingwood
Rupert is the founder and managing broker at The London Broker. Since falling into property in 2005, Rupert has developed a deep knowledge for property in London and has a passion for its streets and the people who live there.
In 2007 Rupert became a junior partner at a property search company, helping clients to find and buy property across south west and central London.
In 2010 Rupert set up The London Management Company, a property services company, now based in Marylebone, that currently manages a portfolio of over £700 million including some of London’s most beautiful and exceptional homes.
Rupert continues to represent private and corporate clients who look to capitalise on his extensive network in order to buy and sell their property.
The London Broker represent’s Rupert’s latest property venture which he hopes will bring a fresh and alternative estate agency model to London and further afield.
Jack Jiggens
Jack was born into property. Every house Jack lived in from birth he saw as a building site at some point. After graduating from his Business and Marketing degree at University he starting out hands-on to continue a 40 year family passion in Property.
Once exposed to the onsite process of straightforward Residential Developments and Flips in Oxfordshire, he successfully structured projects independently from purchase through to sale.
Jack now collaborates modern techniques of property development with the families learned expertise to scale into much more exciting projects. This includes; Commercial, Mixed use and Residential Land developments.
He covers Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and London.
Jack now has an in-house team and an extended network for Finding and Securing, Planning, Architecture, Build and Management which enables scalability and competitiveness in the market.

Piotr Rusinek
Piotr is a London-based property investor and the founder and director of Synergy Property Partners. His background is in helping clients acquire properties and for the last few years his main area of expertise have been property auctions. In 2017, he helped his clients sell and acquire over £3,000,000 worth of properties in auctions.
Piotr was also one of the Top 5 performers on Simon Zutshi’s Property Mastermind in 2016.
