Recently Melt Homes have announced the appointment of Kunle Barker as ‘Head of Design & Delivery’ at MELT Homes. Kunle will be working closely with the Melt team as they continue to expand their development projects and investment portfolio.

Kunle has a background in construction and design

He brings valuable industry experience and will be focussed on delivering our design-led ethos on our current and upcoming development projects including a £55m GDV mixed use scheme in Kennington.
