Always an insightful evening at Brendan’s events. It was interesting to hear about the different methods of funding available at the moment and how they can be used in combination. Good tips on bridging finance, eg. a company that will consider the market value for a property purchased under market value, hence increasing the LTV percentage and reducing deposit. 
Lots of familiar faces as well as new ones to catch up with at the networking both before and after the speakers. Well worth staying for afterwards, the knowledge in the room is worthy of the ticket price in itself. if you need a second opinion or a bit of advice, guaranteed to be the right person in the room. If you are unsure who to speak to, ask Brendan- he is great at connecting you to the right person / people, the ‘little black book’ of the property world he has built up over many years’.
Good deals have formed from this network at the bar after I am sure, the atmosphere created makes it possible to connect in good faith, and grateful to be part of the evening.
