James Pick

After 20 years of balancing corporate life with a personal property portfolio James did what he’d been longing to do for a while, he started life as a startup. He didn’t change focus altogether but used his learning’s from the past. Konnexsion was founded and launched  KPM.ONE a CRM solution to ease and make more transparent the management of rental portfolios.

Openly a geek when it comes to technology James will take a step back to look at the the whole Proptech market what he finds interesting and how he feels it will, and already has impacted the life of developers, investors and property landlords alike.

 

Murat Haykir (also known as Mo)

Murat is a graduate in Business Economics with Accounting. Murat is the co-founder of Moorview Property,

Moorview Property is a small but growing company, and we take pride in creating an environment in which people enjoy working.

We bought our first property in Plymouth in 2010 and have grown the portfolio since, generally looking out for property in need of refurbishment and undertaking the work to a high standard, making them great places to live once again.

We work closely and collaboratively with Plymouth City Council on our planning applications and also ensure our homes meet the requirements for Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMO).

Murat will be joined by Angelos Sanders. Murat and Angelos run a podcast called Your Success Podcast and also authors.

About Angelos Sanders

Angelos Sanders loves being an entrepreneur and has built multiple successful businesses and co-hosts a successful podcast called Your Success Podcast.

He has built a significant property portfolio with £1.8 million of projects in the pipeline, working alongside joint venture partners. He lives by the mantra “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together”.

Working with his co-host and co-author Mo Haykir, he has written an Amazon Number 1 Bestselling book called Your Success. The book helps people become more successful and become the best version of themselves.

He created a successful events business called The Professional Investment Group – www.pig.network. PIG started with just 7 people in Angelos’ living room and has now expanded to over 1000 members. PIG members meet once a month to learn from high quality speakers about property, business and personal development.

Angelos enjoys helping other businesses become more efficient and driving them forward with a clear vision and purpose.

Angelos’ other passions include history, specifically Ancient Greece and Rome, and has been on several archaeological excavations in Greece; consider him a poor man’s Indiana Jones
