About Adam Lawrence:

Adam is a seasoned UK property investor who has successfully completed over 500 property deals in the past decade. He has secured significant joint venture funding in the eight-figure range for his projects. Adam’s investment strategy leans towards holding onto properties rather than selling, and he currently retains approximately 90% of his portfolio.

In addition to his property ventures, Adam co-owns multiple investment companies, asset management firms, and lettings agencies. His diverse portfolio of businesses showcases his expertise and involvement in various sectors.

Adam’s impressive educational background includes being awarded the top MBA Dean’s List prize from Warwick Business School in the 2012-13 full-time cohort. He has consistently achieved exceptional returns in a low-yield market by prioritizing risk management in all his ventures.

Adam holds a degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Oxford University.

With a broad range of experience across different industries, Adam possesses a diverse business background. He specializes in devising strategies that thrive in any business environment, utilizing his transferable entrepreneurial skills. Adam’s track record includes generating profits exceeding £1 million from a mere £10,000 seed capital. He excels in relationship building and leadership, and is equally passionate about operations strategy and business strategy.

Adam’s international experience includes working in Wealth Management for a boutique firm in Geneva, Switzerland, as well as a family office. Additionally, he served as an International Case Competition Lead Presenter during his MBA year, representing the Hult Prize in San Francisco.

 

About Max Rayner:

Max first started in property in 2010 when he became an accidental landlord. After experiencing long term equity growth and the joys of passive income, he decided that this was the professional path for him and gave it his full focus from 2017. Now he has 10 years industry experience and an Extended Diploma in Construction Management and a Diploma in Professional Property Investing. Max is recognised within the industry as an expert and continues to mentor and coach other investors on behalf of both Stuart Clinton & Fielding Financial.
