Anil Mohanlal
Anil is the founding director of Kumar Strategic Consultants Ltd having originally set it up as a sole practice in 1985. He therefore has substantial experience exceeding 34 years in working closely with small and medium sized enterprises and is normally the first point of contact for new clients. He has worked with business owners ranging from one man start ups (and helped to grow their business to generate annual turnover of tens of millions) to much larger companies requiring a multitude of different services. He specialises in working closely with owners of small and medium sized enterprises in various industries helping them to develop strategic plans and improve their growth and profits. He is therefore particularly aware of problems faced by growing businesses in difficult economic environments.

Anil is a recognised public speaker and regularly presents at network and industry specific events, most notably at property and related functions where his expertise is in much demand

Jerry Tate
Jerry founded Tate Harmer in 2007 and maintains a central role at the practice. He is driven by his desire to generate creative, pragmatic and unique solutions for each project. Jerry is influential across all projects, ensuring design quality is paramount.

Jerry was educated at Nottingham University and the Bartlett, where he received the Antoine Predock Design Award, subsequently completing a masters degree at Harvard University, where he received the Kevin V. Kieran prize. Prior to establishing Tate Harmer, he worked at Grimshaw Architects where he led a number of significant projects including ‘The Core’ education facilities at the Eden Project in Cornwall, UK.

Jerry is frequently invited to lecture, notably at the Carpenters Fellowship and Ecobuild, as well as contribute to architecture publications, including Building Design, Sustain, and World Architecture News. He has taught at Harvard University, run a timber design and make course for the Dartmoor Arts organisation and currently teaches at the Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL.

Julia Wetherell
Julia holds a property portfolio of over £3m, through purchasing and refurbishing tired properties in London. Julia has worked as a trainer and consultant in the Health and Social Care sector, for the last 15 years, as the director of a training company based in North London. Julia’s experience focuses on domiciliary care, supported living and residential care homes. She has worked alongside Justine as a consultant in the redesign of care homes across the UK.
