Ben Richards

Ben is the Director of Aura Homes, an Architectural Design company specialising in Residential Architecture. He is also passionate about property development and works with Investors to create amazing homes whilst providing double digit investment returns with his company Aura Property Assets.

Ben is a graduate of Cardiff University with a Masters degree in Architectural Engineering. Ben has recently joined forces with Jack Jiggens to create EXP Property.

Richard Thorpe

Richard Thorpe specialises in identifying those lifestyle and behavioural changes needed to ensure individuals can adapt to changing circumstances and increased stress-levels. Richard is an Executive Coach and former Premiership & International Rugby Player. Following his retirement from rugby in 2016, Richard now specialises in lifestyle and behavioural changes to help individuals overcome obstacles that hold them back from fulfilling their potential.

Suzi Carter

Suzi, a Chartered Surveyor, has operated in the commercial real estate industry for over twenty five years, and has worked with some of the industry’s giants including LandSec plc, Kingfisher Group and CBRE. She has more than ten years’ experience at Director level, and most of her professional career has involved acquiring, developing or asset managing commercial property, with responsibility for portfolios worth over £2.5 billion.

As Managing Director of Strongoak Investments, Suzi leads the team in sourcing both residential and commercial investments, structuring deals and the ongoing management of property assets.

Suzi also offers training and education in commercial property, based on her extensive experience

Zoe Allen, Melt Property

Zoe has spent the last 8 years in sales and marketing. She built and trained a sales team of over 1000 people, winning multiple awards and being invited to speak at the NEC.

She also built her own full service Digital Marketing agency with 10 staff, working across multiple industry sectors, one of them being estate agency; teaching estate agents how to use Facebook ads to attract vendors.

Since becoming part of the MELT team in December 2019 she has implemented the marketing plan for the Lime Grove site, this is a 19 unit development in Gloucester. She also has recruited some key team members. Zoe has project managed the design and build of the new MELT Property and MELT Homes websites. She has also rolled out the company rebrand and is currently working on the websites for MELT Asset Management, Evan Maindonald’s personal brand site and the website for the holiday let side of the business. Zoe is also responsible for our social media content and marketing the holiday let side of the business.
