This was a tremendous event with possibly the highest standard of speakers that I’ve ever attended. It inspired me to raise my game and delve further into development. I particularly enjoyed the talk by Paul Higgs, the former chief buyer for Barratts who now finds his own developments and teaches others how to do the same.
The attendees were high quality too and I had a great conversation with an accountant which led me to look into new tax strategies to the benefit of my own portfolio.
