John’s presentation which is focusing on the Operational Risks of Property Development and the inherent cyclical risks of the property market as well as how to do due diligence on your projects and managing the life cycle of the development..

A little about John Raiye:

MD of Ikos Investments 2005- Present date

Primarily a Property Development Management business offering our service to property investment partners and other property developers.

Project Management-Amec Developments 2001-2004

Worked within the project management department and was involved in large scale regeneration schemes.

QS, AYH PLC, 1998-2001

Joined the Graduate Trainee Programme at AYHplc and worked on numerous offices, residential, healthcare and PFI contracts.

Acted as Project Quantity Surveyor on various projects under the JCT Design and Build and JCT Traditional Form of Contract with Quantities.
