Who is new to the National Development Summit 2019

This is the Fifth Summit and yes there are several new faces to the Summit, who have never appeared at any of my events, and also some who have appeared at the monthly events and now at the Summit. Of course one of the major changes to the National Development Summit 2019 is the addition of the Conference Handbook which will include articles from Evan Maindonald, Karolina Adamczyk, Manish Kataria, Andy Bargery and Jay Howard/Piotr Rusinek.

So who are some of the new faces to the National Development Summit 2019?

Val Bagnall of Apex Developments Ltd

I have worked as a senior executive with 24 years in the residential development market, across the South and London areas, I’ve worked for a range of affordable and private sector players. I’m also a Non-Executive Director of an Affordable Housing provider in Windsor.

My contribution

I deliver the Group’s strategic ambitions and targets for the supply of new homes, atop existing buildings. As part of our innovative approach, I help create and nurture collaborative partnerships with both private and public sectors organisations. I enjoy building a team that makes a difference in delivering quality new home options whilst enhancing new value for stakeholders.

Tanaz Nowrouzzadeh of Ronald Fletcher Baker LLP

Tanaz is a solicitor at the west end firm Ronald Fletcher Baker specialising in Real Estate and Commercial Property matters. Tanaz assists a wide variety of clients in relation to their property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of both commercial and residential premises, Landlord and Tenant matters, leases, licences, deeds, option agreements and refinancing. Tanaz has experience of dealing with both large high street and smaller niche lenders in providing bridging and general commercial funding.

Rosss Harper of AuctionHouse Scotland

I have the fortune of interviewing Ross Harper on 3rd January in Scotland when I travel up to see Ross who is an award winning developer. Ross is a trader and owner of AuctionHouse Scotland and will be presenting at the National Development Summit on the Church Conversion to Apartments which won him the title of Best Developer of the Year at the Property Investor Awards- December 2018
